Throughout the many years that I knew Grace, she was truly inspirational in the educational sector, providing sound information and advice to myself and other Principals and Headteachers in Plymouth. She always knew the answer to every question and was a friendly voice at the end of the telephone, no matter what the issue was. It was a privilege for me later to join Grace on the educational charities that she chaired and to get to know her more personally.
I will always remember Grace as a clever, thoughtful, caring person and a lovely lady, who has touched not only my life but the lives of many in Devon and Cornwall.
